Finding funds for college can be a daunting task for some. We've compiled a list of popular online sources for scholarships.
In addition to the resources provided, a list of scholarships and their applications can also be found in Naviance. Students are urged to log into their Naviance account and search through the scholarships online for a more extensive list.

Current Scholarship Opportunities
All juniors: Make yourself eligible for $500 and $40,000 scholarships each month. Earn entries in monthly drawings for scholarships by completing steps to plan for college. The sooner you start and the more steps you complete, the more chances you’ll have to win. This month’s entries will continue to be included in upcoming monthly drawings.
Study.com Scholarship for Women in Environmental Science
Any female student pursuing an undergraduate college degree in environmental science can apply to be considered for the Study.com Scholarship for Women in Environmental Science award, which totals $500. Study.com’s mission is to make education accessible, and we hope this scholarship helps foster learning in this exciting field.
Study.com Scholarship for Women in STEM
A $500 award will be given to a woman student pursuing any associate's or bachelor's degree program emphasizing STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics). Women are historically underrepresented in STEM professions, and Study.com wishes to promote more interest and opportunity for women in these fields of study. Areas of study that will be considered include science, technology, engineering, mathematics, engineering technology, and computer science, among others.
Study.com Scholarship for Black Women
A $500 academic award is being offered to any Black woman pursuing their undergraduate college degree through the Study.com Scholarship for Black Women. Study.com’s mission is to make education accessible, and we hope to bring this historically underrepresented group of students access to a quality education with this scholarship.
Women in Business Study.com Scholarship
Any woman pursuing an undergraduate business degree can apply to the Women in Business Study.com Scholarship and be offered a $500 academic award. Study.com’s mission is to make education accessible, and we hope to bring this group of students access to a quality education with this scholarship.
CNA SCHOLARSHIP
To be eligible for the scholarship you will need to fill out all of the fields in our submission form (see below). Winner will be based on our staff’s determination of the candidate with the most compelling story on why they would like to become a CNA and why they feel they deserve the award.
Entries must be received by April 2, 2021 and the winner will be notified by April 16, 2021.

We’re proud to announce the Powering a Brighter Future Scholarship program, which aims to advance diversity, equity and inclusion and attract more women and minorities to careers in engineering, information technology, and tech and trade roles.
The new program aims to award $1 million in scholarships over the next decade to qualifying individuals pursuing careers in engineering, information technology, and tech and trade roles. Beginning in 2021, the scholarship program will award $100,000 annually to individuals pursuing degrees in these fields at qualifying colleges, universities and technical schools. This includes:
The Power Scholars scholarship will award 15 scholarships to minority and female students pursuing a degree in Engineering and Information Technology. The $5,000 awards are available to students entering any year of full-time, post-secondary education at a college or university.
As an energy company, we also place a high value on skilled trades workers. The Powerful Tech and Trade scholarship will award 10 $2,500 scholarships for minority and female students entering any year of a full-time, post-secondary career training at a community college or technical school in PPL’s Pennsylvania service territory.

Requirements
- This scholarship is judged & awarded primarily on merit & need.
- Completed application must be submitted online by April 15, 2021. LATE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
- INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
- Applicant must plan to attend college by fall semester 2021.
- Must have a minimum G.P.A. of 3.0.
- A transcript must be attached for application for consideration.
- Applicant must submit an un-opened copy of official transcripts if selected as a finalist.
- This scholarship is a one-time award worth $1,000 to be awarded the fall semester of 2021.
- Although not required, applicants are encouraged to submit recommendation letters and/or resumes to substantiate their application.
- Applicant will be required to demonstrate both their merit and their need for this scholarship
